8.05 Gram California Gold Nugget (SOLD)

Here is a nugget that was recently found in the Shasta County, California. This piece is fresh out of the ground, found by a prospector just a few weeks ago. This piece weighs 8.05 grams. It has a neat rough shape and texture with interesting iron staining down in the grooves of the nugget, a truly great piece of Northern California gold.
